We were the first guests to stay at this place, so we were a bit worried to book it without any reviews. But in the end, it exceeded our expectations so much that we even extended our stay for one more week.
The apartment is comfortable, spacious, very clean, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay: kitchen equipment, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, a bath, and even a balcony with a nice river view. We also liked that the bedroom can be separated from the kitchen/living area, so there is plenty of space not only to sleep, but also to relax.
The flat is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is almost no outside noise, only distant trains and sounds from the river, which we actually loved. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to Imazato subway station, and a bit longer to Tsuruhashi, where there is a great market area with lots of food. Namba is also easy to reach, around 30 minutes in total. So the location is very convenient: quiet and peaceful, but still well connected and close to local food spots and main areas. There is also a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away.
The host was wonderful: always in touch, polite, friendly, and very helpful with a couple of our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for future travelers.
Maybe having a bit more storage space in the bedroom would be helpful, but it was not a problem at all.
