Basically fraudulent

Nothing.

The stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were immediately told that there was no hot water, yet the property was still rented out at full price. A handyman came several times during our stay, requiring us to be available to let him in, but the issue was still not resolved and we again had no hot water the following morning. On top of that, the shower did not drain properly, and the apartment was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear the upstairs neighbours as well as people in the hallway. To make matters worse, the hubcaps were stolen from my car during our stay. For €130 per night, I find this completely unacceptable. The overall experience was very poor and nowhere near what I would expect at this price point.
