Very unhappy and misleading ad

Location was good.

We are very unhappy with our stay. We feel that the ad for the studio is false and misleading and is lacking very important information. For example that the pool is closed between 2-4. The pool is also not private. It’s shared with three different building hence can be very busy. Also very rude staff at the pool area and you need to ”check-in” every day you come to the pool. We only got 2 toilet paper rolls for the entire stay and had to buy our own toiletries. There was no change of towels or cleaning during the stay which was not informed anywhere. The bed was not complete. It was rock hard and it was lacking a mattress topper so we couldn’t sleep the first night. The host bought a new mattress topper the bed, that was also rock hard. Our backs hurt the entire stay and it was a horrible bed. In the description it says private beach. That beach doesn’t exist. The beach is 20 minute walk from the apartment. The information from the booking was lacking very important information. We were very unhappy and feel that we had been scammed. We would never have booked it if we knew all of this

Ottima posizione e soggiorno davvero piacevole

Appartamento davvero perfetto: nuovo, pulito e molto tranquillo. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro storico, comodissima per girare Málaga a piedi e a circa 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. La piscina, sulla terrazza dell’edificio, è sicuramente un plus, soprattutto per rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver visitato la città, con lettini a disposizione. Gli host sono stati gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Appartamento davvero perfetto: nuovo, pulito e molto tranquillo. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro storico, comodissima per girare Málaga a piedi e a circa 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. La piscina, sulla terrazza dell’edificio, è sicuramente un plus, soprattutto per rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver visitato la città, con lettini a disposizione. Gli host sono stati gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.
