Communication with the host was very smooth and easy from the very beginning, and special thanks to the support lady (Svetlana) who met us, helped with check-in, and remained in touch throughout our stay to assist with everything.
The apartment was clean, cozy, with plenty of bed linen and towels. For our group of mothers with children, it was very comfortable — the large room with a big table was great for kids to play games and spend evenings together. The location is convenient for walking (about 30 mins to Old Town Square and 40 mins to the embankment, which the kids managed easily). Metro, tram, bus stops, a Lidl supermarket, and cafes are all right around the corner.
The layout: one bedroom is private, while the second is a walkthrough room with two beds. For our friendly group it was completely fine, but for couples or adult groups, it is worth noting that the walkthrough room has slightly less privacy for changing.

Parken war umsonst. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und es war sauber.
