Charming hotel, amazing staff who tended to all our needs. Great location in the city centre. Nice breakfast and very good restaurant for a cozy dinner.
Everything was good, but the rooms are not brand new.

Lumi is super friendly and hospitable. He got in touch immediately after my booking to give directions and was looking out for my arrival. The room is comfortable and looks just like the photo. Breakfast was a delicious spread as well. By the way, the hotel is actually called Hotel Çardak (it’s above a restaurant with the same name cos it’s a family business), but there’s some issue with renaming it on booking.com or something. So fret not, it’s not a scam!
Nothing to dislike, really.

Det var otroligt bra service, man kände sig välkomnad och omhändertagen! Jag fick hjälp att hitta en massage anläggning, där jag sedan glömde mitt halsband. Han i receptionen hade fått tag i det och gav det till mig när jag var på väg upp till mitt rum. Kändes som att alla mina problem bara fixades av personalen, innan jag ens visste om problemen, vilket var en stor lättnad. Jag fick hjälp att bära upp min jättetunga resväska av personalen som också stod och väntade på oss i entrén när vi anlände sent. God frukost bricka på morgonen och deras apelsin juice.
Jättebra restaurang på hotellet som hade bra utbud och god mat. Dem hjälpte oss att hitta taxi till horse ranch och var så snälla mot oss. Han som serverade oss var riktigt duktig och gjorde våra middagar extra minnesvärda. Dom förtjänar verkligen allt, jag hoppas dem får bra med ledighet också!
Det var så fint och mysigt, mörkbrunt trä med mycket grönt och växter. Man kände sig som hemma direkt, skönt att det inte var sterilt och vitt som på typ alla andra hotell.
Det var helt perfekt!
Att vi inte stannade längre! Bacon och avokado hade varit trevligt på frukosten också!
