We had a very nice time stay at Casa vacanza Via Roma 103 (A). The appartment was in our eyes new/renovated and very clean and well equipped.
Communication with the host was very good, they responded fast to our questions and were very helpful.
We requested a babybed for our son. Upon arrival the babybed was neatly made and standing ready for our son to make use of. We also could make use of a early check-in. Water was standing cold in the fridge and coffee cups were supplemented.
Location of the appartment is a big plus. About 5 minutes to the beach and also 5 minutes to the nearest bus station (Corso Mazzini) linking to the Sint Anna Airport.
Below the appartment you will find a bakery and coffee shop. Within 1 minute you will find a Conad supermarket (51 Via Tito Manniti) and the street itself offers many (little) shops. The appartment itself is also very well isolated and you can hear no noise from outside.
If you're still wondering whether to visit Crotone or to book this appartment, I would recommend both! We had a wonderful stay and definitely would book again!

La struttura è ben posizionata e a pochi passi dal supermercato e da una farmacia, si trova inoltre a poco più di 5 min dal mare.
Al momento dell’arrivo abbiamo effettuato il self check in senza problemi.
L’appartamento era pulito e molto bello, sembra sia stato ristrutturato da poco.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo consiglio per 4 amici o una coppia.
Avremmo gradito ci fosse del detersivo per lavostoviglie e dell’acqua nel frigo al momento dell’arrivo, per il resto tutto benissimo.
