The property was in a good location. A short walk from central park, and roughly a 30 min commute to downtown Manhattan.
The 3 bedrooms were nice, and comforting with the artwork. Generally good space throughout the apartment and a cosy living room/kitchen area.
The team were very responsive and accommodating when I had an issue with a set of keys. They dropped off a new set a few days later which was very much appreciated.
The noise from the main road. Out of the hosts control, but it really was disruptive to my family members staying in those rooms. We were grateful for the earplugs which helped soften the noise slightly.
Secondly, the absence of a lift was felt. I knew about both of these issues prior to arriving - from previous reviews and now having stayed there I understand why there were worth mentioning.
