This place is currently being renovated. Which means lush, brand new 18 inch mattresses, soft fluffy brand new pillows, and that everything is super clean. The staff was AMAZING. they even managed to get yak cheese for one guest at midnight! The staff are musicians, hanging out with them in the evenings was the highlight of my stay! I needed a desk in my room to get some work done, and the staff provided on within minutes of my arrival.
The food was delicious, and prepared anytime I asked for it. In-season organic fruits and vegetables are served right from the property garden! The shower had great pressure and super hot water. Anything i needed, the staff was there to help immediately. The view from the rooftop terrace has sunrise, sunset, and mountain views, and looks out over Kathmandu. It's a great view, and a perfect place to hang out in the day or evening.
Very quiet neighborhood, the most comfortable bed I've experienced in my 2 years in Nepal, I felt really safe here.
I've spent 6 years traveling, and it's rare to find people who make you feel so at home on the road. Thank you guys for the awesome time during my stay!
This is not located at the airport! It is 3.5 km away. The staff will come pick you up at any time, for extra charge.

Alpine Grande, Kingswick, Vistara and Third Pole in Kathmandu are all the same. Ads not yet updated, they are not luxury resorts.
These are homes that have been converted into hotels, and they are still building all of the amenities. Message the owner to find out the status of amenities, so you are not disapointed. They are working hard every day, so some of these things will be available soon!
As of Sept 10 2026, there was no air conditioning, no hot tub, no steam room, no fitness room, no fireplace, no spa services, no massages, no TV, no BBQ, no nightclub, no boardgames, no microwave, no washing machine, no dryer, no fridges in rooms, no coffee makers, no wine/champagne, no business center. Their team is working to update the booking pages, but these things take time. The photos are also not correct, the rooms are painted beautiful wild colors, not white. So if you see multi colored rooms, then the ad has been updated! Beds are queen size, not king.
All that being said, the staff was so amazing that the stay left me with all the happy feels, but do not expect that you are getting a luxury 5 star resort, this ad just hasn't been updated yet!

From receiving from airport till i accomodate. They are amazing with their support team. I had change of plans to move quickly to pokhara for spiritual tour. It was a short visit. The place was with good ambiance along lots of plants. Food was excellent. I love the chai they provided. Top class

The hospitality was Great. It was our first time to Nepal 🇳🇵. We found very hume staff and super food 🍲. Recharged ourselves. Very good ambiance. Rooms were 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quality neat and clean. Restroom was well maintained. I found it better budget wise also. We just visited the property and left for the next trekking camp.
