The apartment wasn’t bad enough to leave and loose our payment, but it fell short of Swiss standards

Great location, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood

This apartment would benefit from a refresh. The bathtub is peeling, signs of damp on the bathroom walls, stained carpet and sofa, Broken kitchen drawer and dated cabinets. Refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Was surprised and disappointed to learn there was no change of sheets or towels included in a 17 day stay (only issued one towel each for 17 days). Only one garbage bag upon and none where delivered when promised.

Was to far from douwtown, in the abuce says 1,2 far from downtown, it was more then 4 hours by transportation público

Better service would be nicer

Easy to reach apartment from Zurich center or train station. Well equipped kitchen with coffee for the machine

Small bathroom, requires to throw the garbage but we don it know where . WiFi not working as SIM card was not present in the router. Deposit still not returned yet… The check in was late at 4 pm and I had to ask for the check I link several times to the bot on WhatsApp finally it connected me with a human support guy Darleane which was helpful. Also tried to help with the SIM card and asked to by a sim card myself and reimburse me afterwards but it was not such a pain for me to use my mobile data anyway. Hopefully the invoice on my voice carrier won’t be too big…

Easy to reach apartment from Zurich center or train station. Well equipped kitchen with coffee for the machine

Great location, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood
