We visited the appartment and refused to checked-in once we realized it state. We contacted the property to request reim

There was nothing we could have appreciated in this apartment - see further comments below.

The accommodation provided was materially different from the property advertised in the photographs and description on Booking.com. The apartment was not only poorly maintained but also fell significantly below reasonable standards of habitability, comfort and security expected of a paid rental vacation accommodation of such cost (around 600 USD per night). In particular, we encountered the following serious deficiencies: * Misrepresentation of the property: The apartment was effectively much smaller than its appearance on photographs presented on Booking.com, which had materially influenced our decision to make the reservation. * Inadequate windows: The windows lower part were partially covered with thin plastic sheets, providing an unacceptable finish and raising serious concerns about the condition and suitability of the accommodation from a sound proof perspective. Knowing that the apartment is located at street corner and on 2nd floor with windows facing the street. * Mold in the bathroom: Visible mold was present in the bathroom, indicating inadequate maintenance and raising concerns regarding hygiene. * Unacceptable mattress condition: The bedroom mattresses were visibly worn out and run down and the bed structure was unstable, compromising basic sleeping comfort. * Bedroom without windows: One of the bedrooms was completely windowless, an important limitation that was not adequately disclosed in the apartment description. * Severely limited space: The apartment was so small and impractical that we could not properly accommodate luggages for 3 people, making the space unsuitable for normal day-to-day use during our stay. * Deteriorated interior finishes: Paint was peeling and falling off the walls and doors, further demonstrating the property’s poor state of repair/maintenance. * Kitchen electrodomestic equipment: Cooking stove was heavily rusty, compromising cooking safety.

Amazing location, right next to Central Park, very cute interior

Die Lage war exzellent, unmittelbar beim Central Park, dazu authentische sehr gute Restaurants ums Eck, und viele Museen, wie das Natural History Museum oder History Museum ums Eck, Met oder Guggenheim ums Eck. U BahnStation ebenfalls ums Eck und damit Midtown, PennStation und anderes super erreichbar.

Es hat alles super gepasst.
