Location was excellent - the beds are comfortable and there's plenty of space
It was a little unclear how to find the apartment (not on google maps yet), but we sent a whatapp to the host and they were helpful!
The host came and met us to give us a key 5 mins after we called them
There was also a bbq and washing machine we could use
Location is on yandex so can get there easy by taxi
Would have been nice to be a bit more proactive with communication before we arrive, but once we contacted them the host was great and helpful!

Мы снимали с компанией друзей все три дома. Дома новые-свежие, пахнут еще деревом. Все продумано. Плитка, посуда, холодильник, вытяжка -все в отличном состоянии.Двор в брусчатке. Мангал, дрова, казаны-все чистое. Заготовлены дрова. Два туалета на территории, помимо санузла в доме-удобно, когда много людей. Топчан с корпешками в очень хорошем состоянии. Перед домом столики с зонтиком, на котором включается освещение-особый вайб наших вечеров.Озеро в 10-15 минут ходьбы от пляжа. Рядом есть магазин. До базара минут 7 ходьбы.Отдельная благодарность за круглосуточный доступ к прачечной 24 часа.Машины загнали на территорию дома, было не тесно.Хозяева всегда на связи, дружелюбны и приветливы. Обязательно буду рекомендовать Ваши домики знакомым и друзьям.
Понимаю, что апарты новые, думаю через пару годиков посадится и разрастется зелень.
