Die Gastgeberin war einfach fantastisch! Sie ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und nett. Alle unsere Fragen wurden von ihr super zeitnah beantwortet, sie kam uns bei einigen Dingen sehr entgegen und hat uns zudem tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Zimmer war sauber und man hat den Eindruck das sich mit Herz um alles gekümmert wird. Man darf hier zwar kein Luxus-Apartment erwarten, aber die Unterkunft ist sehr solide und bietet alles, was man braucht. Von außen macht das Gebäude im ersten Moment vielleicht einen etwas anderen Eindruck – das liegt aber eher am typischen italienischen Stadtbild, das für Reisende aus anderen Ländern anfangs ungewohnt wirken kann. Sobald man das Gebäude betritt, ist jedoch alles in bestem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Es gab eine winzige Kleinigkeit: Das wurde aber sofort behoben, war überhaupt kein Drama und spricht absolut nicht gegen eine klare Empfehlung!

Super clean and well maintained room. There is a free car park directly in front of the flat building and 5mins walk to the city center. The host is super friendly and very responsive for messages.

Le logement est à côté du centre c’est parfait et l’hôte est très gentille, disponible et agréable.
Correct pour voir Olbia et ses alentours pour quelques jours. Mais à savoir que la terrasse est partagée, seulement la chambre est privée et nous ne l’avions pas vu. Humidité présente, chasse d’eau des toilettes qui met énormément de temps à se remplir, marche à moitié, vitre de la salle de bain donnant sur la cours qui ne s’ouvre pas facilement, il y a eu un problème de clés pour les voisins nous demandant de revenir pour leur ouvrir. Tout est un peu rafistolé.. bof.
Honnêtement pour le prix je trouve cela cher mais bon ce sont les prix de Olbia, que nous ne trouvons pas justifiés d’ailleurs.
C’est correct pour 2 jours comme l’on a fait mais pour être à l’aise je ne dirais pas que ce logement est idéal.
