Rahma and Mohamed at the reception were very friendly and helpful! they helped us wherever they could and we really appreciate this service!!! View out of the bedroom was spectacular!!! cleaning lady very nice as well and did a great job as well as the boy that had to bring our luggage up. breakfast was delicious as well and with the special views of the pyramids....
I was very confused because the name of the hotel was different so please dear booing team change this.

Le fait que les employés nous ont beaucoup aidé à communiquer avec les gens quand quelque chose n'allait pas dans une de nos réservation. Le lieu est proche des pyramides, du Nil . Petit déjeuner le matin parfait
Le fait que les prix des activités étaient beaucoup trop élevés alors qu'avec un guide simple c'est beaucoup moins cher (après c'est normal l'hôtel prend sa part) mais pour le coup c'était une grosse part . On pensait pouvoir voir les pyramides depuis notre chambres mais du coup non il fallait montrer au roof top

La vicinanza tra le piramidi e il museo egizio
Mi hanno dato una stanza dove la porta aveva una fessura sotto, ho dovuto mettere una valigia per coprire, così che da fuori non mi vedessero.
