I really liked the apartment. Everything felt new — the kitchen, bathroom, furniture, and the renovation in general. It was also very clean, and the apartment had clearly been cleaned right before our check-in.
The host was very nice and informed us in advance that the washing machine wasn’t working. Since we were only staying for a short time, it didn’t affect our stay or our overall impression.
The only unpleasant thing was the smell of the bed linen. We already mentioned this to the host. It smelled strongly of perfume mixed with sweat, so it felt like the sheets had been ironed but not replaced. Hopefully, this will be fixed for future guests.

Всё как и показано на фото. Хозяйка милая женщина, на связи 24/7 , отвечает мгновенно. Апартаменты очень удобно расположены (аэропорт в 5 минутах езды), набережная с пляжем через дорогу. В доме два больших супермаркета. В соседнем здании торговый центр Сити Молл. Локация шикарная ( по цене качеству 10 из 10). Хозяйке отдельное спасибо за заботу, человек реально болеет за постояльцев это прям чувствуется каждый момент общения! Мы шикарно провели время. Спасибо 🙏

Wonderful place to stay! The apartment is newly renovated, very tasteful, and looks exactly like the photos. Even though it is compact, every detail is well thought out, and it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. A huge plus is the excellent location – everything you need is close by, including grocery stores, a shopping mall, and a beautiful promenade for walks. Additionally, the wonderful Dona Bakeshop bakery is just a 12-minute walk away and is highly recommended. Special thanks to the hosts for the professional and pleasant communication throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to others!

Great location next to metro city mall and grand mall and few steps from the beach, plus the apartment was clean and newly renovated. Mzevinar, the host, was very polite and helpful. Ms Irina,the housekeeper, made sure my stay was comfortable and helped whenever I needed something. The apartment itself has everything needed.
