Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, super easy! Thank you!
Our first room had no air con so the first night was uncomfortable. However, the staff the next day changed our room and upgraded us. Thank you for that!

The pool was great. Lovely room with excellent bed linen and towels. Was very quiet. Generally staff were excellent.
We dropped our bags at 7am as we came in overnight train. Returned at 1pm and made to sit for an hour until 2pm check in - feedback would have been nice - we were very hot and tired.
