I liked the fact that it was not far from my family in DC.
I did not like not having a TV in one of the rooms, but I know next time I come there will be one.

It was close to everything we wanted to do.
I love the kitchen table and chairs…. Very nice to sit in.
The living room is very nice. The furniture was comfortable.
I didn’t like the fact that when we got in there, the place was 89° inside and very humid because the air conditioner wasn’t on. Then when I went to put our food in the oven, it started a big huge fire because there was some plastic and pans down in the bottom drawer and it all started on fire. We had to pour water on it and try to clean up the mess with no mop however, we explained this to the host what happened and we replaced the kitchen towel that melted and the potholders and then we offered to replace the 2 pans and they said not to worry about it that she forgot to check down there and take that stuff out …so that was very kind of them. It was a very scary experience.
I hated that there was only one air conditioner in the master bedroom and one in the living room, which we didn’t know in advance because it’s not stated on the website,…but once we got the place cooled down, which took all night long… it was all right. The second bedroom was super hot and humid tho and you could hardly breathe in there. There was a dehumidifier in there, but it didn’t do a thing. That was really disappointing that she had to sleep in a hot room every night.
I also didn’t like the fact that there was no washcloths provided for us to take a shower but when we let the host know, they brought us some….that could’ve just been a mistake.
I also didn’t like the fact that the master bedroom bathroom rugs were not very clean. They look like they’ve been there for quite a while without being washed.
Also, the kitchen could’ve been cleaner as well. This dish drain was kind of gross for putting clean dishes in. Also the wash cloth provided for doing dishes was dirty. The sponge for cleaning dishes was dirty. It should’ve been a brand new one and a clean dishcloth.
I also didn’t like the fact that the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress. It should’ve been tacked down somehow, because it was very difficult to put them back because of the headboard and the footboard.
Fridge leaked.
