The staff were wonderful! So pleasant welcoming and helpful, even adding an extra day for us last minute while we were there! Nothing was too much bother! The location is superb close to the water, a cafe, Lidl and pubs and takeaways. Views are beautiful. Two minute walk to train station. Room was large airy with plenty of tea and coffee, biscuits, towels and wardrobe space. Fresh and comfortable and clean.
A little bit run down in the bathroom area, paint missing and grouting with black patches. Mood lights didn't work and decor/paint was in need of a freshen up. Police station right next to our room so several times sirens and lights went past.

it close to town walking distance
improve on linen especially the duvet covers and inners are old and torn need replacement and also covers.
