Finger weg: Baulärm und schlechter Service!
Hier handelt es sich um eine im Juni 2026 frisch renovierte Wohnung, welche sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und alles noch ganz neu ist. An der Ausstattung hat uns an nichts gefehlt, aber …
Man muss wissen, dass die anderen zwei Wohnungen aktuell noch saniert werden. Wer also mit unmittelbaren Baulärm im Urlaub klar kommt, kein Problem! Uns hat die Inhaberin der Immobilie am Montag noch sehr freundlich um unser Verständnis gebeten, dass es an zwei halben Tagen zu Lärm kommen würde. Daraus wurden drei Tage, bis wir uns beschwert haben und die Arbeiten abgebrochen wurden. Darauf hin ging der Fernseher nicht mehr. Weder die Hausverwaltung, noch der Elektriker konnte dies beheben. Das war sehr ärgerlich, weil wir uns die Endspiele der Fußball WM unbedingt anschauen wollten. Am Ende waren wir selbst Schuld daran, weil die Handwerker auf unsere Beschwerde hin, ihre Tätigkeit abbrechen mussten und diese den Fernseher lahm gelegt hatten. Das war dann der Gipfel der Frechheit! Für dies massiven Beeinträchtigungen haben wir lächerliche 50€ Entschädigung erhalten! Was uns ebenfalls gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass es für das Bad/Toilette keine Möglichkeit gibt abzuschließen. Außerdem muss man direkt an der Terrasse der vorderen Wohnung vorbeilaufen, um zum Eingang der Wohnung Lee zu gelangen. Auch das Haus in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft wird grundsaniert, so dass von dort ebenfalls ab 8:00Uhr Baulärm zu erwarten ist. Diese „Kleinigkeiten“ würde ich normalerweise nicht erwähnen, aber hier in diesem Fall musste es sein. Ich miete schon seit Jahrzehnte weltweit Zimmer und Wohnungen im Urlaub, und wenn es was zu beanstanden gab, was immer mal vorkommen kann, konnten wir uns immer einigen, aber dies Reaktionen sind unverschämt und frech!
