The hospitality of the owners, they have tried to make us feel at home at every moment and they were always trying to give us the greatest experience possible.
The room was huge, well decorated, clean and with all the things needed to feel comfortable. The food from breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. I fully recommend this hotel.
If you come by train from Newara Eliya to Ella, the hotel is next to the station, so it's perfect, otherwise if you came by car or taxi, the place is a little bit far from Ella
