We’ve just come back from a fantastic summer break at Villa Medica near Malinska on Krk Island, and we’re already hoping to book the exact same place for our next trip!
We stayed with friends, a group of 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 7 to 11) and the space was perfect for us. With three double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spotlessly clean, super well-equipped, and had two lovely bathrooms along with very comfy beds and ice-cold air conditioning.
The outdoor setup is where this place truly shines. Between the loungers, the fantastic BBQ and seating area, and the amazing private pool, we honestly didn't want to leave the villa at all!
Location-wise, it’s ideal. It’s a peaceful spot, but only a 10-minute drive to the supermarkets and 20 minutes into Malinska, which was brilliant for dinners out, bakeries, cafes, and evening entertainment. Plus, Krk Island itself is incredible with stunning views, amazing beaches, and crystal-clear water.
A special mention to Ivana, our host contact, who was so lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
An absolutely fantastic place for a family holiday. We will definitely be back!
