The property’s proximity to the beach was its shining asset. My family enjoyed the pool and game room immensely as well as the walk to the beach. Staff were friendly, helpful and quickly responded to our questions and requests.
The property is very dated and in need of a refresh. The carpeting throughout is stained and smells and is in need of being replaced. The lobby smelled musty as did the elevator. Walking through the stairwells spills could be seen running down the walls. The unit was also dated. The pots and pans teflon coating was peeling, there was stains on the carpet and drapery. And although the space was clean, it smelled of urine/pet odor. My rating reflects these issues. This could be an exceptionally great place with just a bit of investment and effort.
