It was very clean and comfortable. Big spaces, all the facilities available to wash the clothes. We were welcomed very nicely and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Room was so large and spacious with beautiful sunlight. The owner is so kind and gentle. It was also nice to have a proper kitchen to cook in. Wfi worked great!

Staying at this yurt camp was a truly authentic and memorable experience. The camp was clean, tidy and well maintained. The yurts were spacious, especially for two people, although yurts of the same size are also used for three or four guests. Each one was equipped with proper beds, a wood-burning stove and even electricity.
The showers and toilets were located in a separate building and were cleaned regularly throughout the day. Our stay included accommodation and breakfast, while dinner and the other available services had to be paid for separately. Considering the remote location of Song-Kul, at an altitude of around 3,000 metres and far from any town, the meals and overall service were perfectly adequate. Soft drinks and bottled water could also be purchased at the camp.
The hosts did not speak English, but they were extremely kind, and we were always able to communicate with them somehow. The camp is very well situated, relatively close to the lakeshore and not far from a beautiful viewpoint. It is definitely worth climbing up there, as the panoramic view over the lake and surrounding landscape is spectacular.
Even in the middle of summer, the night was rather chilly. However, the hosts lit the stove in every yurt, and ours soon became almost too warm!
Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one we would highly recommend. Spending a night in a yurt is something everyone should try while travelling in Kyrgyzstan, and Song-Kul is an especially beautiful and authentic place to do it.
