The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to several restaurants and shops.
The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We checked in earlier than expected, so we left our luggage with them, and they kindly helped us take it to our room once it was ready.
We had a double room, which was a very good size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nicely decorated.
The hotel has a different name, so it can be a little difficult to find.
The reception area doesn’t have any toilets, so we couldn’t use the hotel’s facilities after checking out.

Location was amazing, away from the busy touristic places so it made from a calm pleasant stay but close enough to go visit those spots during the day and night. There was also a lot of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Room was clean and just as advertised. Staff was very polite and even allowed us to leave our baggage at the reception for the day after check-out.
Only complain would be that the coffee machine in the room did not work.

Great neat property. everything was really nice and comfortable and staff is super cool
Only thing frustrating was we couldn’t find the location as easy. I was told they just bought the previous hotel and not all the signs are up. I was not emailed my room code. So I had to ask at front desk. Also they lock the lobby doors after midnight or so which is pretty standard procedure for hotels I believe. We just arrived in nyc really late and we didn’t let them know. So I was confused for a second when the front doors were locked with a key pad.
