The property was immaculate, modern and fresh. Very convenient for every main location in West Cornwall. The hosts had ensured that everything you need for a self catering stay was available including dishwasher tabs, toilet rolls and cooking utensils etc.
The gravel drive was difficult to wheel a suitcase up.

A lovely, comfortable, spacious, well equipped studio with everything we needed for a 7 night stay. It is ideally positioned for getting to both North and South Coasts. Graham and Helen were very helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to do. I would strongly recommend it.
I have to admit that I was slightly wary at first about the parking place by the hedge on the road. However, there are loads of cars parked in similar positions beside properties in New Mill and on Gear Hill generally. There is plenty of space for large vehicles to pass comfortably with no problems at all. After the first day, I was completely relaxed about leaving my new-ish car there.

Spacious, comfortable and clean.
Linen, towels, were not crisp fresh.
WiFi was not maxed to full speed.
No hairdryer, no beach towels or matts.
No parking by the studio, or on the property premises.
