The apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos in booking.com.
Although checked in was only at 2pm, we arrived at 1pm and we were able to check in by Mirabella. She showed us the layout of the apartment and explained to us how to use the facilities. She checked on our well being everyday and was very responsive to any questions we had. The area surrounding the apartment building looked slightly run down but the beautiful apartment made up for that. It is walking distance to the street food market, about 6 mins walk and also to the central train and bus station, that’s about another 5 mins walk from the street food market.

There is no shelving inside the shower to place shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. We had to put them on the floor of the shower and it was kind of inconvenient to have to bend down all the time to pick them up and put them down again after use.

Da atenção e disponibilidade da anfitriã, foi espantosa e sempre preocupada com o nosso bem estar. A localização fora da ZTL, mas muito próxima das principais atrações facilita imenso para poder conhecer tudo à distância de uma simples caminhada.
O apartamento tem óptimas condições, é novo e não faltava nada. O estacionamento gratuito e fácil mesmo a porta...
Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida para ficar em Palermo e não ter preocupações...
Ainda bem que ficamos neste apartamento....

Absolutamento todo! Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo, la estancia fue muy cómoda. Era espacioso limpio y con todas las comodidades, como si estuvieras en casa! Lo recomiendo 100%

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen und man ist innerhalb von 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof gelaufen. Außerdem hat die Unterkunft genug Platz geboten und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und wir haben viele Empfehlungen für Ausflüge bekommen.
