Brand new refurbed apartment. Lots of kitchen equipment . Espresso machine , toaster ,cafetière , dishwasher & washing machine with soaps.
Lovely modern decor. Nice lounge area , bedroom etc.

5mins walk to islet ferries.
This refurb. Appears to be on the edge of a more industrial /dock land area. Which isn’t a problem
Except we looked out one evening to see 3 women making a makeshift bed under a doorway opposite. Having said that I get the impression that the area is be rejuvenated & we didn’t feel unsafe & its close proximity to everything outweighed this.
Only only complaint is that the balcony furniture may be aesthetically pleasing but isnIt comfortable to sit for any length of time. There were no loungers which would have been nice to relax on.
Also we couldn’t eat our breakfast outside as the sun &heat was fierce & this was early morning in September. so a sun umbrella for mornings would be helpful.

We were met by the hostess, Marta, which was very friendly and explained everything really well. We also got the private garage key which was very nice, because parking on the street was very busy. The apartment itself is brand new and has all the facilities you need. There was a lot of space for clothes in the closets and toiletries in the bathroom. Airconditioning was working great and everything was very clean. The location was also amazing, because you have a supermarket nearby and the fish market of Olhão is also within walking distance. There is a lot of lovely restaurants nearby as well where you can have all sorts of grilled fish and meats. Cestaria was our favorite. All in all we had a wonderful experience during our stay. Muito obrigado e até à próxima!
The only downside is the Wifi connection. The router hangs just outside the door and has a lot of packet loss. Therefore connection close to the front door is good but everywhere else in the apartment is very unstable/not working properly.

Excelentes condições, completamente equipado, muito bem situado, com supermercados a 5 mins, ferry para passeios às ilhas também a 5 mins.
Sem necessidade de usar carro no dia a dia. Além disso ainda conta com estacionamento privativo.
Ambiente muito calmo e cuidado.
Local perfeito para passar umas férias descansadas.
Finalmente, a anfitriã recebeu-nos maravilhosamente e prestou-nos todas as informações necessária para a estadia.
Nada a apontar.
