I loved the location and Roberto was an amazing host.
There were a lot of stairs, but Roberto helped with luggage.

The property is beautiful with a commanding view of the bay between Praiano and Positano and relatively easy access to the beach. There are great restaurants, beach clubs, and a water taxi pickup point within a 15 minute walk. The room was clean and spacious, set into the cliffs of Praiano with a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sunset. The room had air conditioning and easily accessible EU plugs in addition to USB power plug ins. The room had updated electronics and WiFi available. The walls were thick enough that we did not hear any of the other guests. The staff were friendly and attentive, responding quickly to requests and providing excellent recommendations for food, drink, and activity. A great place to unplug and enjoy the coast.
There is no direct road access to the property, which is unavoidable for the location. But it does not lend itself well to travelers with mobility issues. Baggage should be either hand portable or backpacks. The internet seemed to struggle in the evenings and mornings when multiple guests were using it.

Best view you will get in Italy. It was amazing - truly a hidden gem in the rocks. Beautiful sunset and really nice interior.
Bathtub did not work, but was partially fixed. And no new towels for a 4 day stay. Otherwise amazing!
