Nightmare in Seville

Nothing

Terrible experience! Save yourselves lots of problems and money and avoid this property and avoid Booking too. I arrived by midnight because of a flight delay. José, the owner was supposed to remotely open the street door but it never happened. He said there was an electrical problem, that there was nothing else he could do. He claimed no locksmith would help that late. I waited for an hour hoping a neighbor might come in/out and would let me in but nothing. He said he had to work early in the morning and he had to sleep. He told me there was a hotel nearby and Booking.com would take care of it. I gave up and headed to the hotel carrying my cases by 1am. It was full but the concierge was kind enough to point me to an available one 3 blocks away. I started there only for one night because Booking denied my petition to relocate and I couldn't afford another €250 out of my pocket. The second night I started in a hotel out of the city centre which ended up being very inconvenient and more expensive for the average Uber cost was €25. I called Booking the next day to appeal and ask for explanations, but the answer was that the owner claimed he had "cleaning fees".
