Само здание историческое и отреставрированное. Внутренний двор очень калоритный, чистый. Все соседи приветливые, здоровались всегда. Хозяин квартиры встретил лично, показал все и был на связи всегда, свободно говорит на русском языке, шел навстречу. Сами апартаменты чистые, техника вся исправна, санузел хороший. Перебоев с горячей водой ни разу не было. Понравились окна в потолке. Запаха в квартире нет. Кстати, очень много разнообразного света - можно подсветить любую зону апартаментов. Полы чистые, базовый набор гигиены имеется. Расположение самого здания очень удачное, рядом мост, можно за 5 мин на другой берег Куры перейти пешком. Чайник, микроволновка, кондиционер, холодильник, фен, тостер, Wi-Fi, плита - все отлично. Смеситель в душевой кабинке понравился. Кстати, посуда и приборы красивые и в достаточном количестве. В общем и целом, я был приятно уливлен апартаментами. Мало в какой стране найдешь такие комфортные

Everything was really great. I stayed in this apartment for 11 nights, and overall I can say that I’m very happy with my choice. The location is wonderful; the apartment is in the historic Chugureti district, with supermarkets and cafes nearby (Agmashenebeli Avenue is just a 3-minute walk away). Transportation access is excellent, yet the apartment itself is not noisy. Please note that there is no elevator in the building; the apartment is essentially on the 4th floor - you can see this in the photos. In any case, it wasn’t a problem for me.
The apartment itself has everything you need for both a short stay and a longer stay: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a stove, a sink, and cookware, as well as dishes and cutlery.
If possible, I’d like to make a small suggestion regarding the kitchenware set to make cooking and eating even more convenient. A small saucepan, a deep salad bowl, and perhaps a proper kitchen knife would be helpful.
The only issue that I found quite annoying was the door lock, which kept getting stuck. From the very first day, I was never able to open it on the first try. The host is aware of this problem, and I really hope he’ll fix it.

Остались в полном восторге от проживания Апартаменты превзошли все ожидания: внутри идеальная чистота, очень уютно, есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, а интерьер продуман до мелочей.
Отдельно хочется отметить великолепное местоположение район очень удобный, всё находится в пешей доступности, легко добираться до ключевых мест, но при этом в самих апартаментах тихо и спокойно.
огромное спасибо потрясающим хозяевам Очень радушные, отзывчивые и внимательные люди, которые всегда были на связи и искренне заботились о нашем комфорте. Обязательно остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать всем знакомым
