Very good location! I liked that the airport bus took me right to this place, and it was right near the 7 bus line, making it easy to access Venice. There's a grocery store and many other bus and train lines also. It was a very clean and comfortable stay, very quiet. My stay was 4 nights and only once did I see another guest in the shared spaces (kitchen and bathrooms) - these areas are very respected and clean. It was summer and there was no air conditioning, but my room stayed cool and comfortable thanks to a fan. Thank you for a good stay!
This is actually a positive, but I will put something here: the kitchen is not used very often, so you may need to plug in the refrigerator if you want to use it. I personally did not use or need it, there were plenty of high quality food options around to dine out.
