Perfectly located in the countryside just outside Nérac. The centre of Nerac has its French town charms but just outside you have rolling hills, stunning night Skys, no traffic noise, amble parking and the ability to just walk around the roads and lanes for hours without hassle or seeing many people. 10min drive to the centre for restaurants, bars and shopping.
Directly across the road from Annie’s B&B is where the local farmers fete takes place every Friday in summer. Amazing food, drinks, wine, desserts, breads - plus singing music and dancing until the early hours. Great fun and a walk across the road back to bed.
Loved the whole experience and would highly recommend staying here for 3-7days. Plenty to explore up to an hour in any direction. Vineyards, amusement parks, castles, river trips, golf, kayaking etc etc…..
Honestly nothing. I wouldn’t recommend it to wheelchair users as all rooms are on the 1st floor but anyone that can manage large stairs with a grab rail the whole way would be fine. All en-suites are walk in showers.

Maîtresse de maison charmante et aux petits soins pour ses pensionnaires. Chambres vraiment très spacieuses et avec tout le confort moderne, au 1er étage d'une maison de caractère entièrement rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Vaste jardin fermé incluant parking, petite piscine, jacuzzi et beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons grandement apprécié la salle de jeu avec son billard en accès libre. Petit déjeuner très copieux au standard continental agrémenté de produits locaux. Deux chambres (sur les 4 sont climatisées).
Les 2 chambres non climatisées sont (vraiment) à éviter en été chaud.
Les personnes à mobilité réduite n'apprécieront peut-être pas forcément à sa juste valeur le splendide escalier de style avec ses marches d'époque conduisant aux chambres.

Emplacement parfait dans un grand parc où l'on peut se garer. Annie est une hôte très agréable et souriante, et toujours prête à rendre service!
Ma chambre était spacieuse, avec salle de bains et toilettes privées.
Le petit déjeuner est complet. Sont proposés café, thé, yaourt, pain, confitures, oeufs...
Il n'y a pas de clim du côté de la chambre que j'ai occupée (impossible de l'installer de ce côté de la façade, car elle est classée). Mais le ventilateur au plafond fait le job -avec 3 vitesses-, et les gros murs de la maison savent conserver une certaine 'fraîcheur', malgré la canicule de ce mois de Juillet 2026.
