Adorable staff always trying to help and reactive
Location in the heart of the night Market close to everything

Location was great. Girls on reception were super helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. They have laundry service too which is very handy.

It was very comfortable! The bed was thick and the pillow was soft. Really fancy bathroom with cold and hot water to shower, the whole place smelled great and was cleaned every day! Friendly staff and very helpful. The first night the AC was great, as it was very hot during our stay. Strange that somebody has to come in and turn it on though.
Well, we pre booked our stay months ago. We met some people on our travels and ended up all staying in Hoi An at the same time. Convinced our new friends to book the same hostel! Glad it worked out and there was plenty of empty beds at the hostel. After checking in, we were asked if we wanted to keep sleeping in the same room, and we said yes. They then asked us to pay more everyday in order to stay in our original room with our friends, so we said no, that’s kind of ridiculous. They brought us to our new room (1 floor up, almost the exact same layout, and completely empty). That night nobody joined either of our rooms… why did we have to pay extra? That left a bad taste in our mouths. For the price we already were paying which was almost triple our previous hostels throughout Vietnam, we found it to be flat out wrong. Then we realized neither one of our outlets worked to charge our phones… and the AC didn’t work in our room, and was never turned on at night as we were told it would be. We felt like in order to get the hostel stay that we paid for, an extra fee was randomly added just to try and get a little more money out of us. Strange.
