RV Cleaning & Return Policy To help keep our RV in excellent condition for every guest, please review and follow the cleaning requirements below. Before Returning the RV We ask that you return the RV in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Interior Please: * Remove all personal belongings. * Dispose of all trash and food items. * Wash and put away used dishes, cookware, and utensils. * Wipe down countertops, tables, and spills. * Sweep excessive dirt, sand, mud, or debris from the floors. * Clean up any pet-related messes if pets were approved. Bathroom Please: * Wipe down sinks and shower after use. * Remove personal toiletries. * Ensure no excessive dirt, mud, or debris remains. Tanks Guests are responsible for: * Emptying and flushing the black tank. * Emptying the gray tank. * Returning tank valves closed after dumping. A tank dumping fee of **$100** will be charged if tanks are not emptied prior to return. Exterior Please: * Remove all personal gear and trash from exterior storage compartments. * Brush off excessive mud from steps and entry areas. * Do not wash, wax, or use pressure washers on the RV.
