Конечно отелю много лет и что то можно было бы обновить (но это больше к хозяевам), потому как доброта души персонала перекрывает всё..

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Hotel location was OK.
We did not get the room was booked (Twin beds), however they added a single bed to the existing double as the room was spacious. We were promised room change after one night, never happened and we gave up.
The room are nothing like in photos.
Room walls had damp and paint chipped. Room window had no handle to close fully, a fly stayed in our room one day, next day a mosquito, one day rain water seeped in.
No dustbin in the room despite requesting one. Housekeeping was daily and good.
Bathroom had a permanent foul smell, shower head pressure was OK but would have preferred better. Toiletries were not topped up by housekeeping, although made available upon request.
Don't mind requesting but English was an issue, only one good English speaking staff, rest had to work with words and gestures.
