This is a brand new villa in a complex of four just outside Nea Peramos. The villa has three bedrooms, a small living room and a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well equipped. Although the pool is shared by all the villas, there is no feeling of pressure or clutter. Nikos takes care of his guests in everything they need to have a good holiday. All you have to do is relax and unwind. The villa is a five-minute drive from the town and the beach. There are other sandy beaches with crystal clear water nearby. There are many shops and restaurants in Nea Peramos.
