Location was awesome. Early scare as the keys were not in the lockbox because the cleaners were finishing up. They gave me the keys.
The Unit was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very courteous. Host was very responsive to questions/concerns. Highly recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Cleveland.
Water pressure was pretty weak but manageable for showers. This is my own personal opinion as I prefer strong water pressure. Not a deal breaker.

Close to where I needed to be. Instructions for checking in were clear and easy to manage. Instructions about the stay were clear.
The space is not in good repair. The air conditioner cover was leaning against the wall of the bedroom making it very loud. The bathtub did not drain after the shower and the soap was really watered down to wash with. Water damage on the walls.
