The staff was really friendly and helpful if you needed anything, they were all around great and very accommodating, and the location was great.
On my first morning there I was naked, sitting on the toilet and waiting for the shower to warm up when someone from the hotel opened my door. It was 8am. I found that a little violating and upsetting.
The shower didn’t work properly. The only way that I could get the shower head to stay on was by having a cold shower, and then suddenly on my last day it worked properly.
The sheets kept sliding off the bed so I would wake up sleeping on the mattress (gross) and there was a big wire poking out the side of the mattress that kept pinching me.
The phone didn’t work properly (half the time I had to jiggle it around to call the front desk).
There was no hair dryer in the room, when I asked to borrow on they brought me a broken one, that gave me an electric jolt when I tried to turn it on. When I complained they found another hair dryer for me, but didn’t seem to understand that I’d been electrocuted. I wasn’t able to keep the hair dryer for my stay, they took it back a few hours later..
I’m a bit disappointed because for the price, I think the room should have been equipped and in good working order. I’m going to be honest, I am also pretty upset about being walked in on and also electrocuted.
