A home always beats out a hotel. It was very reasonably priced and comfortable. Great view of the city and close to the station and restaurants.
Nothing!

Amazing accommodations, very clean and the neighborhood was very pleasant. The station is really close by so it was really easy to get to places.
The parking in the neighborhood was a bit expensive.
