The location is very close to all the main attractions,
It’s crazy noisy. Even for a double glazed penthouse apartment the road noise the local bars playing music extremely loud until the very small hours nightly. No lift - my own mistake.
Weather- well we had an unpredictable amount of rainfall and the balcony drains were blocked and couldn’t cope with the water so the apartment did flood. (I think looking now at the apartment this has happened before) apartment is now in need of a refurb wouldn’t take much to make it a little gem. Some Nice balcony comfy furniture. Paint throughout. Few little touches of fix old fixtures and fittings. Probably now needs new flooring.
No glassware, no knifes no teaspoons just needs to have a look to make it homely- tired apartment been well used needs attention
