Exceptional
We had everything we needed for a weekend for two, and the clean property was wonderful.

Never Again!!! Vile, Money Grabbing Amateurs
If it was as advertised a 2 Bed Flat with private sauna and hot tub being special features. Location would be perfect if it was as advertised apartment it is situated in “The YoYo Yard Public Sauna and Hot Tubs. A 2 Bed Flat has 2 x Bedrooms, 1 x Lounge, 1 x Kitchen and 1 or 2 x Bathrooms a private balcony or bathroom which has the “special features of hot tub & Sauna”
It is a Basement 2 bed studio without lounge would have been better to use 2nd Room as Lounge. It is NOT a 2 Bed Flat it has a kitchen tiny Toilet and shower room ground level with the front door which by the way is right in the middle of the YoYo yard changing rooms and a lady booking everyone in and out, people were loitering g around outside the front door being the main reception and meeting area.
The property was tiny, smelly, dirty and Uncleaned, Stuffy with No Ventilation or Air Conditioning. No WiFi, No TV, No Stereo Just 4 x Walls in Each Room with the public and Booking in desk.
The YoYo Yard is Basically an Idea of
Having a yard and install 1 x Self Cleaning 12 persons Hot Tub man and a 20 man sauna which all are prebookable online at the YoYo Yard or ultimately Locals can have a monthly membership to have u limited used. So when we arrived and the lady inside wasn’t expecting anyone even with showing her the booking confirmation she was adamant it was for the house next door number 36 she had no idea of this place, so when we came back to her and showed her the messages compared to the booking.com add she was astonished and looked as though we are aliens as this seemed to be more of a wellbeing free all all at a fee from 8am-8pm consisting of 1hour slots all catered for specific clientele, like children and adult sessions, mediation, all sorts of weird and wonderful classes you can join or pay for as when when or join up monthly for an extortionate fee only to have open plan concrete small less than basic hippy/well being retreat advertising as a spa.
It wasn’t a property it was a shoddy monstrosity in the middle of a public sauna and hot tub organic farm which wasn’t a flat and didn’t have the special feature of the hot tub and sauna because it’s bookable only with specific taught groups for instance child and parent sessions, meditation, amongst other weird and dull dark dingy one stop pop up shop

I was extremely disappointed with the bedrooms as they were not clean and had an overpowering smell, making it unpleasan
The kitchen and the toilet were clean, and I was very pleased with them.
The bedroom smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty. We found bags on the bed and didn't sleep there. We didn't cover ourselves due to the dust and strong smell, feeling uncomfortable.
