Personale cordiale e disponibile venuto in contro alle nostre esigenze.
Camera confortevole e molto piacevole oltre alla posizione strategica per il viaggio e le nostre visite.
Molto apprezzata la bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, le capsule del caffè e le fette biscottate con marmellata trovate in stanza.
Tutto impeccabile in ogni singolo dettaglio.
Non ho nulla di negativo da dire in quanto non ho trovato nulla.

Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa struttura, dallo staff, alla posizione, ai servizi. Era la prima volta che viaggiavo da sola e mi sono sentita comoda e al sicuro. La struttura è molto piacevole e pulita e i ragazzi dello staff sono super carini e disponibili.
Quando tornerò a Napoli so già dove prenotare!

It was handy for the trains and bused
It was advertised with a balcony. This was just a foot wide so impossible to sit out on. The room (No2) also looked over the busiest and loudest dual carriageway in Naples throughout the day and night.The double glazing had no effect. There was no.toilet roll or hand-wash by the bathroom sink though this was rectified when we raised the matter There was no concierge as promised nor a swimming pool as advertised. Whilst the price is attractive and the location handy for trains and buses you are not going to get much for your money
