Passabile

Buona posizione, pineta tranquilla e parcheggio privato gratuito presente. Comoda la vicinanza dal mare che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Condizionatore nella seconda camera assente, bagno che è leggermente passabile anche se pecca di una buona aerazione, terrazzo sporco e frigorifero un po' fatiscente. Purtroppo i lidi, le strutture e la spiaggia non erano bellissimi; anzi, abbiamo trovato la spiaggia e il mare sporchi e così ci siamo spostati verso altre zone, forti anche del fatto di aver alloggiato in una posizione abbastanza centrale rispetto a diverse spiaggie e paesi più validi.

La posizione è strategia e il villaggio è accogliente

La camera all'apparenza è anche carina, ma è tutto fatiscente. Chiodi sporgenti, mobili rotti, rubinetto montato male. Letti scomodissimi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, soprattutto l'igiene di asciugamani e lenzuola. Le regole della casa parlano di raccolta differenziata, ma non viene fornito né un cestino, né sacchetti di alcun tipo. Sinceramente è la prima volta che mi capita di non avere a disposizione un cestino per la spazzatura (sì, neanche in bagno). Wifi assente e nessuna copertura di rete (almeno iliad e Tim).

Schade, es wäre ein feiner Ort, aber es fehlt noch einiges ...

Ruhige und zentrale Lage, Wohnung recht kühl und angenehm.

W_Lan war nicht vorhanden, Fernseher konnte nicht angeschlossen werden, Die Küche hat kein Warmes Wasser, Backrohr ist vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht. Leider war grad noch ziemlich Baustelle im Haus. Nach Auskunft des Vermieters sollte all das in den nächsten Tagen in Ordnung kommen, also, wenn wir bereits abgereist sind ... vorher nachfragem ob wohl alles da ist ...
