Plenty of space in each room ,3 of the rooms had en suites which was very good for our large group.Enough space for 2 cars to park outside which was very good
Needs a bigger bin in the kitchen as there was only one small one for a large group which got filled very quickly .

The house is spacious and comfortable for a large family, with a good-sized garden and a convenient location. The property was relatively clean overall, and we particularly appreciated the garage being converted into a small gym.
There were several maintenance and property-related issues during our stay. Some of the toilets were leaking and were not particularly clean. The pathways around the house were poorly maintained, and we also noticed a few leaks from the ceilings. When we arrived, the bins were already full of rubbish, with multiple black garbage bags also left outside the bins. This rubbish was not collected at any point during our stay.
There was also an issue with how the property was advertised. When I originally booked, it was advertised as a five-bedroom property, but during the booking this was changed to four bedrooms, as one of the rooms is actually a study with a sofa bed. In reality, I feel the property should be marketed as a three-bedroom property. The fourth bedroom is an attic conversion with very low ceilings, and it becomes extremely stuffy and hot, making it difficult to use comfortably as a bedroom.
The biggest issue, however, was the lack of fans during a heatwave. We checked in during extremely hot weather as a family of nine, including young children, but no fans were provided. After politely contacting the owner, only one fan was provided despite the size of our group. This made our first night extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately, the weather improved for the remainder of our stay, so this was less of an issue afterwards.
