Location to centre of Romsey. Rooms were newly decorated.
Few issues which they forgot - no milk for tea / coffee, no hairdryer in room. Rooms are above pub and they had party on first night so music was loud in room until 11pm. Should be made aware of.

The location was quiet and very central to Romsey. The room was very comfortable.
The parking was difficult as the only long stay car park was 20 minutes away.

It was clean & convenient for what we wanted to do
There were no staff on site to ask questions
We only found the hairdryer the day before we left as it was outside the room in a cupboard
No waste bin only bin in bathroom
There was nowhere to put shampoo, etc, when in shower and shower floor, very slippery
As it was a family room, maybe
Instead of a foĺd down sofa, put a single bed in its place
Quite a busy road noisy early morning
There were no instructions for TV, as when it came on, it was saying install channels but worked that out eventually
We weren't sure if some nights we were the only people in the building as nobody on site
