Fabulous location and a good size pool. Nice to have a terrace for extra space. All the basic amenities. The concierge was very prompt at getting back to me and answering my questions.
The TV and microwave didn't work.
Perhaps permanent residents are not so happy with visitors sharing their space. I received a complaint via the concierge from a neighbour about the late night use of the pool. This complaint was inaccurate and not true. I was not happy to be approached in this way.

La piscina stupenda e mai troppo affollata e il balconcino con ottima vista su cannes, si vedeva un bellissimo tramonto
Pulizie pessime, mancanza di oggetti oggettivamente necessari (non c’era l asciugacapelli, non c’era il sapone di cortesia, gli asciugamani erano contati e macchiati). Aggiungo presenza di vicini poco cortesi.
