Great value property and near the city centre too. For the price it couldn't be faulted. Very comfy main bed. Nice homely touches like tea bags there for us on arrival made it even better. Parking is always a big bonus.
Overall this is good value for Manchester and we were happy with our stay. If we're looking for negatives, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable although technically it did fulfill the 'sleeps 4' criteria.
As is sometimes the case, the heating wasn't on by default so it had got very cold by the time we got back in the evening. Generally we were happy at this price point though

The location is perfect, very close to the university. The garden is also very nice. The host is very friendly and helpful- Got a fan for us in advance and very flexible.

Location was great for us
The facilities have seen better days, kitchen cupboards are loose & tatty, bathroom was not particularly clean, there was opened expired milk in the fridge. When you go in it feels like there has been someone living there & they have gone out for the night so you can stay.
