I had an excellent stay at Simon's apartment and would happily book it again. Everything felt brand new, and I suspect I was one of the first guests to stay there. The apartment overlooks the quieter side of the building, with beautiful views of Company's Garden and Table Mountain, which made for a peaceful stay. I was especially pleased it wasn't facing Long Street, as that can be quite lively at night.
My partner and I slept exceptionally well, and waking up to those views each morning was a real highlight. The huge TV was another unexpected bonus. It was perfect for relaxing in bed after a day out.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. It's obvious Simon has invested in high-quality furnishings and finishes and genuinely cares about providing a great guest experience. It feels much more thoughtfully put together than many short-term rentals I've stayed in.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Not only the apartment is right in the middle of everything in Cape Town. It’s also in the backstreet so you don’t get any of the noise when you’re inside. The view from the balcony is sumptuous. Table mountain lights up with the sun.
And the greenery from the park right behind.

This place is a silent sanctuary. Killer views, 24/7 security, and a queen bed I almost missed my flight for.
