La habitación es un coqueto bungalow que está separado. Es pequeñito, pero apto para una familia con dos niños. Tiene cocina y está muy cerca del lago Sevan.
No hubo entendimiento por la hora del desayuno, pero al final se solventó

The house is not big. There are two rooms, bathroom and small kitchen.
The house is very clean. Nice and kind hosts. There is WiFi and TV with smart TV. There are lots of dishes, a large fridge, two double beds. The hosts prepare the food, there is a menu and you can order whatever you want. The food was delicious.
The bathroom is not comfortable. There is no way to adjust the water temperature in the shower. The shower area isn't comfortable also.
We also found the beds to be not very comfortable. There were no pillowcases and duvet covers for the extra bedding.
The included breakfast is too simple and if you stay more for one night you will need to order something for an aditional cost.
The garden looks more well-kept in the photos. It was overgrown with grass during our stay.
It wasn't a big problem for us, but people were constantly coming into the property area. There is an apiary. So if you prefer privacy and are afraidof bees, this could be a problem.
I would like to emphasize that for such a low cost of stay you can turn a blind eye to all the disadvantages that I listed.
