Very polite, accommodating and expedient staff. Check in was swift. When we had questions or needed something: they were there to help. Comfy bed. Great breakfast for a small place like this. Nice pool. I'd absolutely stay here again because the staff was above and beyond in helping us with everything we needed.
It doesn't have a gym, but it's not a very big hotel, so that's okay I guess. Internet wasn't especially fast, but that seems to be a problem across Laos.

Big size rooms. Very helpful staff who helped book our transfers, hot air balloon and other activities.
Slightly farther away from the town centre.
