What a great location and space! We were met at the apartment by the owners, Giosue and Carolina, and they couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming. The apartment itself is quite spacious, with beautiful original artwork adorning the main room and giving the space a distinctive character.
The bathroom was clean and functional, with plenty of hot water and a modern walk-in shower. But one of the great pleasures of staying here, in addition to the comfort of the apartment itself, is the location. It’s just a five-minute walk in one direction to Livorno’s marina and canals, and about six minutes in the other to the city’s craggy, rocky beaches. We decompressed almost instantly in this wonderful environment.
And if that weren’t enough, right across the street you’ll find what locals told us is some of the best cacciucco in Livorno. I loved it!
All in all, the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortably modern, and ideally located for enjoying Livorno. We absolutely recommend it!

The location was excellent and so was the host and the preparation for our arrival. The host was very thoughtful to have kept a beach umbrella and a beach bag.
I did not realise that the apartment was on 2nd floor and without a lift. I was visiting with my parents and he has knee problems, so that was a bit of an issue.
